Employees must book their flights and the flights of their guests themselves.

Ensure you book directly with the airline. CAI will cover the costs of employee flights via expense reimbursement.

Any other travel costs related to the retreat can be approved and claimed via the usual expense claims process.
We recommend booking flights as soon as possible to ensure you travel at your preferred time.
To fully complete registration you must have your flights booked. Partially completing this form will indicate you expect to attend however, your attendance is not confirmed until you fully complete registration.
